Using these Procedures

The procedures in the Locality Teams and Learning Disability Team sections of this site should be used by Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and other adult social care staff working with adults with care and support needs.

If you are working with a carer with support needs, you should refer to the dedicated Carers Procedures section.

If you are an Occupational Therapist working with a child or young person under the age of 18, you should refer to the Children's Procedures and/or guidance on the intranet.
